In line with UK legislation, all goods advertised are available for dispatch within 28 days, however we endeavour to dispatch goods within 5 working days, usually next working day.
Please note that this society is run by volunteers working in their own time, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch within these times,
then we will contact you by email to advise you of the delay. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Society's Sales Manager.
Please Note: that when using the shopping carts and you go though to the checkout, you will go to a page “Santu Secure Ordering” where you will fill in your personal address details for billing and dispatch.
Clicking on “Review Secure Order” will allow you to recheck your order and
Clicking on “Send Order Securely” will take you to the WorldPay site, for you to select
your type of credit card OR forward you to your PayPal login page.
Click on the logo of your credit card, then fill in the details from your Credit Card for payment.
You will receive an ‘invoice’ style E-mail with you shopping details and marked ‘Order received' BUT you still need to continue to the payment pages by WorldPay or PayPal and input your credit card details there and finally you will receive another E-mail with a Purchase transaction ID: xxxxxxx number.
Please note that some browser and spyware programs may stop you progressing to the WorldPay site.
If you do not complete the payment transaction with WorldPay and receive a valid Transaction ID Number, either because you cancelled payment or there were problems with your card details, you will not receive the goods you have been shopping for.
For a successful transaction both you and us, will receive two e-mails from different sources, thus giving a double check your order.
